Any great ideas for entertainment at a babyshower?

I personally hate the cheesy games, so I'm glad you're looking for other options. Maybe have a big calendar set up and people can put on it their guess for what day and time the baby will be born? And then have a prize for whoever wins (something easy like a picture frame or movie tickets). I'd also have music playing and lots of food. I think most people don't need to keep active at something like this, they just enjoy chatting with their friends and eating free food.
