Where do I contact EA/Maxis about becoming a game designer?

I would like to become a game designer or tester for Sim related games, I know that all the Sim gurus live in CA, but I can't go there quite yet. I live in MO, is there anywhere I can intern? I'm only thirteen, so this is more for the future.....lol! All answers are appreciated!
