Menopause after complete hysterectomy ( I am only 31)?

I am 31 and feb 1,2010 I had a partial hysterectomy, then September 30,2010 I had a complete hysterectomy. I feel like I'm not a women any more, I have spells where i just cry and cry for no reason some times, I have hot flashes, I sweat to death,I have no support for women my age I need someone to talk to. HELP! I am on hormone replacements but I feel so alone their are no support groups in my area and my poor husband is only 30 and he does not know how to help and he is confused as well. I could really use some one close to my age to talk to. Is what im going through normal?
