What is this song?!?

I heard this song on the radio today (96.1 WMAX, West Michigan) and some of the lyrics go like " I miss the playground all the animals and digging in the sand " or something like that. The chorus sounds like the singer is saying "Judy Believe". I heard it at work today so I can't remember if anything is correct. It's quirky song with a soft female vocalist. Any help?
