In Kingdom Hearts II, how do you unlock the other tournaments at the Coloseum?

I've completed the first four tournaments, but I can't unlock the "Pain and Panic Paradox Battles." How do I do this? I read somewhere that if you level all your forms (including summon) to level 3, that would unlock it. I levelled them all up to 3, and nothing happened. What gives?
