Coould I feed my turtle betta fish pebble food?

I have a painted turtle and I have been feeding it lettuce and strawberries and I'm not sure if he's eating it. I have a beta fish and I feed it these pebbles and wonder if that's healthy for my turtle. If it's not, what else could I feed it that is heathy?
