Coughed up blood after trying a black flip into water from 30 ft. Could this be serious?

I over rotated when i tried to flip so the impact with water was worse because of the force of flipping. I dont remeber it ever being painfull but by the time i got to coughed up alot of blood. mabey 1/4 a cup or little more. within 15 mins bleeding stopped and my lungs dont seem to be in any serious pain just some soreness. Could I be still bleeding or is this a onetime thing.
