Got diagnosed with subdural hemorrhage and thoracic sprain due to auto accident do i have a case ?

not going for lotto but it was a major wreck and i suffer from pain everyday. my neck and back is tight cant deal with this. been treating 5 months now. the guy hit me had commercial van. $100000 policy i don't think that will help me in future. my doc. says i may need surgery in future. can any body tell what i can expect. this wreck has destroyed my life as is.
