im a 13 year old boy i have really good footskills and control but wwhen it comes to athletecism im not top dog. im 4 feet 11 inches tall and weigh 104 pounds i have very strong legs arms and abes but have fat covering it, mostly on my lower body. i want to know what i can do to lose tihs fat and become faster and more agile to be the best soccer player possible. i am determined to do so
