Some one i know has hijacked my emails, hes sending out risque pics of me to other ppl.... :(?

I have email through msn (hotmail).. I have tried everything to contact customer support to help me.... I only want the accounts deleted, does anyone know what steps i need to take.... plus this person is from Syria and I'm in the USA, hes sending out my private photos from my emails... is there anything i can do to him legally?
