What do anti-evolution religious people mean when they say things like, "Absolute reality, such as simple.....?

I would actually say the contrary is true. Simple farming show that evolution is true. Artificial evolution has been used for millinia to generate crops that have larger yields and natural protection from pesticites. Whoever said that is not very smart!!!!
