What should I do see details?

I am currently a first year student at the university of waterloo in engineering. I have 7 courses at the moment and I am going crazy.(2 math, 1 physics, 1 programming, and 2 othe courses I will not name which ar just as hard + a coop course) I find that I dont have time to do everything and some things get left behind. Midterm are next week and I have way to many things to do that I have not evn had time to go for extra help. I hav tried to go to tutoring sessions but they were no help. Maybe its just because I picked waterloo instead of an easier uni like ryerson. I don't know. Do you suggest taht I switch programs or switch universities and if switching programs, what else can I go int other than medicine or law? O and I forgot to mesion that my dad is an engineer. He finds all this stuff super easy. When I go to him with questions, he gets pissed off and annoyed at me that it takes me a while to get something that I have never seen in my life
