What waist width would be acceptable for my 11.5 boot if i use a palmer pls shock?

Ok, here's the deal. I'm about 6'1, 205-210 with salomon symbio boots (which I love) and I'm really interested in a new board. I've been riding for about 13 years but I haven't educated myself on the new technology for at least the last 5 years. I need a great all mountain board with descent flex but not too much and I cant figure out which board would work best. I'm really interested in the Ride Concept TMS, and also the Palmer Burn looks pretty good. Other issue, my feet are too big for both of those boards, so would I be ok if i used the palmer shock risers? Sorry if its a stupid question I just don't want to make a bad investment. Thanks!!
