Why are most countries in South America, after having abandoned the neoliberal policies previously imposed by?
the IMF and World Bank, now experiencing robust economic growth under what right-wingers call "socialism", while the USA and Europe are dealing with hugh deficits and can barely see the path to economic recovery?
