Why did dim bulb Harry Reid blame the media for "setting these deadlines" on 0bamacare legislation?

Last I checked, 0bama and the Axis of Idiots (including Dim Bulb and San Fran Nan) were jamming and cramming to get it done "before the August recess".... What happened?
