Ex husband sleeping with new girlfriend in same bed as kids!!?

I totally agree that what he is doing is very, very selfish and immature. However, I am not sure you can legally deny him nightly access if it is not stated in your divorce agreement. I know it sucks, but it is the law. Talk to your attorney about your rights and if there is anything you can do to restrict his nightly visitation.
