Who is right and who is wrong?

If shes on the lease, shes gotta pay. But as far as the real estate are concerned, they just want the money, they dont care where it comes from. SO basically, you can take this girl to the small claims tribunal, or write her a ltter of demand, or just let it go, your choice.
